As a VoIP engineer

Trained as a telecom engineer, I started my career with VoIP in 2015 and could not stop since then. Offer a possibility to connect people makes sense in my life. It also involves some real skills such as :
- Dealing with Real Time Communication.
- Exploring the whole OSI Stack, from basic network to futuristic application.
- Growing in a fast development field.
I believe telecommunication is the most game changing evolution this last decade and i am glad to be part of it.

Way of working :

I better like to aim solution than to focus on problem #Solution-Oriented
Solution is what is the best for customer and company, a win-win relation #Customer-focus

What I actually do :

As part of the Technical Support team at Wildix since October 2020, I help customers to solve highly technical issues with their communication infrastructure, analysing and troubleshooting complex interoperability issues around SIP, TLS, WebRTC, etc....

As a technical trainer within Wildix, I also get to share this passion and knowledge with our partners. Learning should be informative, fun and use case related : actually the only way I know how to.

    As part of a team to deploy 4G in France, I was responsible for the french regulation regarding any radio emission.
    Thanks to my team of 4 persons and the smalls tools that I developed, we were able to declare all radio improvements and be on time for 4G deployment.
